About this class

Throughout the summer​,​ we are easing into the weekend with Friday evening with some fun​,​ creating a Tapas and Cocktail. This week we will create a Quesadilla Tapa and a Margarita Tail.

What you will learn

These sessions are designed to share tips and tricks which bring simple but delicious food together and create a great Friday evening experience while still in the comfort of our own homes.

Servings : (serves 1 - 2)

Quesadilla Tapa - 100g plain flour - a dash of oil - enough water to make a simple dough or 4 shop bought flour wraps. - 1 avocado - 100g grated mature cheddar cheese - 50g of good uncooked chorizo (optional) - chilli flakes - lightly ground coriander seeds - a pinch of smoked paprika - salt Margarita Cocktail - 40 ml tequila - 10 ml cointreau - the juice of 1 lime and half a lemon - a little fresh lemon grass (about 4 inches) - salt - ice

    If possible, this was probably the best Tapas and Tails session! I love Margaritas and I think that this was the finest I have tasted! The quesadillas were delicious - I ended up making a second batch as our kids just devoured them!
