About this class

This week will be a little different!! Tim is in Greece​,​ but that won't stop him delivering our usual Friday fun - the joys of online cook-alongs over zoom. We will create Mini kofta kebabs with an Ouzo citrus spritzer!! We will mark the end of the week in our usual style with a homemade cocktail and snack​​​​,​​​​ but why would you do that alone with an average drink and a mediocre snack!? Tapas and Tails is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend​​​​,​​​​ with an outstanding drink​​​​,​​​​ snack and some great foodie chat.

What you will learn

These sessions are designed to share tips and tricks which bring simple​​,​ seasonal and delicious food together and create a great Friday evening experience while still in the comfort of our own homes. You will walk away with techniques on how to combine ingredients to create fresh and wonderful Mimi kofta kebabs and an Ouzo citrus spritzer to your repertoire.

Servings : (serves 1 - 2)

Mini kofta kebabs with an Ouzo citrus spritzer Mini kofta kebabs: 100g minced lamb or mutton (Beef if you have to!) A little chopped mint and thyme Salt A small chilli 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons of coriander seed A little lemon zest kebab skewers Cucumber yoghurt: 10 cm cucumber 2 large tablespoons of natural yoghurt A little more chopped mint or coriander A little salt To Garnish: A little top class olive oil Ouzo Citrus Spritzer: 2 shots Ouzo 1 shot lemon juice 1 shot orange juice orange zest soda water fresh mint Ice

This is a fun social class​,​ we will cook together​,​ make a cocktail together and most importantly have fun together while we welcome in the weekend. So​,​ come prepared to have some fun on zoom with others from around the country and beyond.

    Another fun Friday night session with Tim. A very relaxed way to share cooking skills and stories with other likeminded cooks in your own kitchens. Few ingredients and new dishes to cook & drinks to make and enjoy on the night which are delicious and easy enough to remember the recipe to make again!
