Tapas & Cocktails - Leeky chilli rarebit & A warm Dog's nose
Friday 30th October - 18:00
About this class
Join us to celebrate our Friday evenings by marking the end of the week with a homemade cocktail and snack, but why would you do that alone with an average drink and a mediocre snack!? Tapas and Tails is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend, with an outstanding drink, snack and some great foodie chat. My warm Dogs nose is a rendition of a classic west country drink – scrumpy, laced with gin! – here I have lightly spiced the cider and warmed it to make it more seasonal and added the gin simply to dry it out a little!
What you will learn
These sessions are designed to share tips and tricks which bring simple, seasonal and delicious food together and create a great Friday evening experience while still in the comfort of our own homes. You will walk away with techniques on how to combine ingredients to create a fresh and wonderful homemade snack and interesting new cocktail.
