About this class

Join us to celebrate our Friday evenings by marking the end of the week with a homemade cocktail and snack, but why would you do that alone with an average drink and a mediocre snack!? Tapas and Tails is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend, with an outstanding drink, snack and some great foodie chat. My warm Dogs nose is a rendition of a classic west country drink scrumpy, laced with gin! here I have lightly spiced the cider and warmed it to make it more seasonal and added the gin simply to dry it out a little!

Another Friday night of fun & a great start to the weekend. We loved cooking the leeky rarebit and making the warming cider & gin cocktail, which we will be having both again! Ideal for this time of year.
