Servings : (serves 1 - 2)

Chicken Dumpling Tapas For the dough - 100g of plain flour - salt - olive oil - 60g water For the filling - 100g minced chicken or pork - 1 tsp cumin seed - 1 tsp corriander seed - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1​/​4 tsp chilli flakes - good pinch of dried herb mix - frying oil To Serve - ketchup - french mustard - a shallot - fresh thyme or marjoram - a pinch of sugar Manhattan Cocktail - 2 shots rye whisky or bourbon - 1​/​2 shot sweet vermout - 1 dash bitters - 1 maraschino cherry - drop of juice - ice

- frying pan - tumbler for the cocktail
