Throughout the summer, we are easing into the weekend with some early Friday evening fun, creating a Tapas and Cocktail. This week we will create an Anchovy Toast Tapa and a Moscow Mule Tail
What you will learn
These sessions are designed to share tips and tricks which bring simple but delicious food together and create a great Friday evening experience while still in the comfort of our own homes.

Servings : (serves 1 - 2)
Anchovy Toast - a few slices of good sourdough bread, toasted - 1 tin of anchovies – the best you can get - 50g butter - a splash of Worchester sauce - 1 shallot sliced very, very finely - a few leaves of flat parsley - a lemon Moscow Mule - 3 shots of good quality vodka - the juice of 1 lime – plus a slice to garnish - a few slices of fresh ginger - ½ cup of ginger beer - ice

- a tumbler for the cocktail

As always, excellent fun on a Friday evening. The anchovy tapa was very tasty and something that could largely be done in advance for a party. The Moscow Mule was delicious!

Great fun, lovely end to the week too. I took a photo which I’d be happy share, great tasting anchovy toast and I’ve found my new favourite cocktail. Love the way we’re adding to our repertoire of quick snacks to impress and on this occasion it was using things I already had in the cupboard!! Thanks Tim, see you next week!
