I have trained in many different cuisines from classic French to Japanese. I've been fortunate to work in many high-end establishments from Michelin star restaurants to Private clubs around the UK. In my classes I will be teaching you the knowledge and skills for you to prepare and cook the most amazing Japanese cuisine from the comfort of your own kitchen. Suitable for Vegan cooks too, see ingredients for substitution options.
What you will learn
- How to prepare ISO and MAKI sushi rolls. - The art of sushi rolling. - Most important combination of ingredients which provides fantastic flavours. - You will learn about the history of sushi, where this began and how popular it has become.

Servings : 4-6
- 300g Japanese sushi rice - 400ml Water - 50ml Rice Vinegar - 20ml Mirin or ( 15g sugar) - 5g Salt - 1 pack Full Nori Sheets - 1 Wasabi (optional) - 1 Kikkoman soy sauce - 20g sesame seeds ( optional ) - 1/2 cucumber - 1 avocado - 200g smoked salmon (substitute for tofu if desired) - 100g cream cheese - Vegetable oil

- Bamboo rolling mat - Cling film - Sharp Knives
