300gm squid tubes Fresh (or if frozen defrosted) 200gm Medium Egg noodles 75gm sweet Chilli Sauce 1/2 x mild Red chilli 1 x green pepper 1 tbsp chopped coriander ½ bunch spring onions Squeeze of Lime 20gm sunflower oil Seasoning

a wok would be great but not essential a large frying pan will also work
