- 200g large raw peeled king prawns - 2 red onions - 1 carrot - 3 green chillis - 1 bulb garlic -ginger​,​ 100g - coriander - 4 tomatoes - turmeric - cumin seeds - plain flour - cornflour - fenugreek seeds - curry leaves -mustard seeds (black if possible) - tomato puree - 1 tin coconut milk -200g basmati rice - enough vegetable​/​ rapeseed oil to deep fry
