Xavier will be joining us for his kitchen in Majorca. This is a favourite traditional Spanish dish enjoyed by all in the winter. Artichokes are packed with goodness, stuffed with cod and prawns this is not only a tasty treat, but a healthy one too. This is one way to cook and eat this fantastic vegetable that some times we want to eat but don't know how. It's a winter vegetable, very healty full af nutrients in season, cooked with fish, we can feel all the flavours
What you will learn
We'll learn how to prepare this traditional Spanish dish. Create a great main course, feeling all the flavours balanced alongside each other. We'll make the essential sauce, and top with crispy chorizo.

Servings : 4 servings
- 200gr cod fillet - 8 prawns - 4 large astichokes, (8 medium) - white wine - 100gr of butter - white wine vinegar - 100ml double cream - 200ml of fish stock - some safron leaves - 50 gr of chorizo (spicy if you like) - some feta cheese - note: if you like some bulgur as garnish

- medium size pot - knife & chopping board - baking tray - oven - small pot - frying pan
